First DryVac Services Unit Heads to Peace River

The first DryVac Services dewatering unit is headed for its installation site in Peace River Canada. The mobile unit left the Rio Vista, California manufacturing facility on Monday, June 30th for the Oil Patch in Canada to launch the production phase which will become a larger permanent facility in Peace River.

The mobile unit uses the DryVac Services latest through-port, 2 meter process and is classified a 3 Cubic meter total chamber unit that can hold over one ton of solids. What makes the DryVac Services unit unique in its ability to return production water and oils for reuse that where bound up on the solids. The amount of reclaimed production water can vary from a few thousand gallons to 10, 000 gallons per cycle.

The DryVac Services unit not only reclaims the water and oil from drilling mud's and productions sands, but accomplishes this with zero air emissions. DryVac Services and D.E.S. Inc are offering these portable units as well as larger permanent systems for use around the world.
